Our care plans include:

• Complete initial physical exam/assessment by your doctor
• Your acute, and chronic conditions (thyroid-related, diabetes, cardiovascular, high cholesterol, hypertension, mood disorders, etc.), as well as, the Rx meds you may be taking will be taken into account for each care plan.
• One-on-one education/lifestyle modification (diet, exercise, hydration) with your doctor
• FDA-approved, time-tested, affordable appetite suppressant oral medications
• IV/IM vitamin injections for boosting your energy/metabolism and weight loss.
• Program Cost: Once you are assessed for the program eligibility on the phone by your doctor, you only pay a one-time $89 for the office visit. All the subsequent follow-up monitoring visits by your doctor are free. However, if there is a gap in treatment that is greater than 3 months, a restart fee of $69 will be charged.
• A la Carte Pricing: Our prices are very affordable and competitive. You pay for the dispensed oral and injected meds. (Lab tests will be ordered if you do not have a current one.)
